My clients also like the fact, that with the duplexes that are for sale in Victoria, the neighborhood is less busy, there is more parking available and more flexibility to living next to simply one neighbor. Esquimalt has quite a few duplexes for sale, as there are several homes, that have been zoned on duplex lots. Developers are buying this homes, tearing them down, building duplexes, so as to provide more homes for sale in Victoria BC. Duplex lots are typically zoned to allow two dwellings, however there are some duplexes that are built with suites as well, providing additional accommodation and revenue, which is great, as most townhouses do not offer this additional income and opportunity.
