Are you looking for a duplex on Vancouver Island? Duplexes are great for those who do not want to pay high strata fees in a townhouse complex. A lot of duplexes do not have strata fees and if they do, they have less by-laws to deal. The strata is more relaxed in a duplex complex. This allows clients to have a single family detached feeling, while living in a duplex in Victoria BC.
