When it comes to buying a condo in Victoria BC. I find that a lot of buyers prefer to buy concrete condo buildings. Concrete condo buildings are considered to be structurally secure and to have better soundproofing.
I personally believe that with advanced technology and municipal building codes. New Timber buildings on many fronts are comparable to concrete condo buildings in Victoria as far as having a solid building and being soundproofed.
